Arrival Fitness is a 6,000 sq. ft. air conditioned facility located in the heart of Newark. With easy access from Newark Penn Station, Downtown and Rt 280/21, Arrival has classes to fit your fitness needs. Fully equipped with the latest Rogue equipment, a members lounge area, multiple bathrooms/showers and a front desk for easy check in.

Hit the Gym with a Trainer
This is your hour. Each class offers personalized attention within a group environment. Our coaches will teach you to harness your body’s capabilities through our Learn/Skill/Rehearse method. From there, you will apply your new skills on the workout of the day (WOD). Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. This is how we get stronger, burn fat, and stave off sickness.
Your goals could require more dedicated attention and direction. Let an experienced coach craft a training plan and guide you through sessions in a one on one setting. Nutrition, motivation, and accountability packaged into an hour for an effective and challenging experience. Build the body you want with the guidance and support of our personal trainers.
